School Uniform at St Mark’s
The St. Mark’s school uniform for all pupils is as follows:
Sweatshirts and Cardigans - Required | Navy with school logo - NK Sport |
Polo shirts (boys and girls) - Required (Please no shirts or blouses) | White with navy stripe on collar and sleeves and school logo - NK Sport |
Boys trousers, shorts - Required | Grey only - can be purchased more widely |
Girls skirts, trousers, shorts, pinafore dress, culottes - Required | Grey only - can be purchased more widely |
Summer dresses - March - October | Blue gingham checked dress preferably with a white collar - can be purchased more widely |
Shoes (boys and girls) | Black – all shoes must be securely tied or Velcroed - can be purchased more widely |
Boots – cold, wet winter mornings only | black - can be purchased more widely |
Boys socks | Black or grey only - can be purchased more widely |
Girls socks | Black or grey or white only - can be purchased more widely |
Hairbands / elastic bands / hair slides etc | Navy only - can be purchased more widely |
We will be holding termly uniform sales where uniform is £2 per item.
Wearing Jewellery at school.
A wrist watch is permitted but they must not have inbuilt cameras.
Children must not wear bracelets or bands on their wrists. (Except fund-raising weeks when bands sold at school may be worn for the duration of that week.)
Small gold or silver coloured stud earrings may be worn. For Health & Safety reasons no hooped earrings are allowed to be worn. For PE, children must be able to independently remove their stud earrings or tape them over (for Health and Safety reasons).
No rings on fingers are allowed or necklaces.
Children must not wear stick on tattoos, nail varnish, any other form of make-up and no perfume.
