Makaton Sign Language
When Alex started at St Mark's School he found it really difficult to communicate verbally. Mrs Bath, Headteacher teaches all children some of the Makaton signs and worked with Alex on learning the alphabet using Makaton. Alex has demonstrated excellent perseverance and is really proud of his achievements.
