At St Mark’s our vision is to develop a positive approach to sport which will sustain children throughout their lives. We aim to achieve this through delivering high quality PE where the teaching of knowledge, skills and physical understanding inspire confidence and sportsmanship among all pupils.

The government is providing additional funding of £150 million per annum for the academic years 2014/15 and 2015/2016 to improve provision of Physical Education and sport in primary schools.
