School Uniform at St Mark’s
“We believe that the wearing of a school uniform enables children to identify with their school, gives a sense of belonging, is practical and smart, reinforces a positive work ethos and reduces expenditure for families.”
The St. Mark’s school uniform is as follows:

The only branded items of clothing children are expected to wear are the jumpers and cardigans.
We will be holding termly uniform sales where pre-loved uniform is £2 per item.
All uniform with a school logo can be purchased from NK Uniform.
Wearing jewellery at school:
- A wrist watch is permitted but they must not have in-built cameras.
- Children must not wear bracelets or bands on their wrists. (Except for fund-raising weeks when bands sold at school may be worn for the duration of that week.)
- Small gold or silver coloured stud earrings may be worn. For Health & Safety reasons no hooped earrings are allowed to be worn and for PE, children must be able to independently remove their stud earrings or tape them over.
- No rings on fingers or necklaces are allowed.
Children must not wear stick-on tattoos, nail varnish, any form of make-up or wear perfume.
