This is Jess one of our year 6 students. She is very passionate about global warming and when she heard that Greta Thunberg was coming to Bristol area she spoke with Mrs Bath asking if she could go and support with her mum. Jess had just been appointed into the new school Eco council and was delighted to be able to represent our St Mark's school community at the event. At the start of the event Jess was picked out of over 30,000 people to stand on the stage and warm everyone up with a round of heads, shoulders, knees and toes and finishing with a Mexican wave. We are very proud of her. Our school vision is "Let your light shine" and Jess definitely did on that day.
